MY favorite way to eat blueberries is fresh out of the carton, mixed in with my favorite all-natural Greek yogurt (a favorite of my friends too!)... FAGE! Add a banana sliced up or some strawberries and you have an easy, healthy snack (or lunch in my case) that's under 300 calories and SUPER filling!!
Fage is at nearly every grocery store I've ever been too - TRY IT!!
